We’re makers and one of the parts I like the most about building websites is getting to collaborate with other creators. JanLy Designs is an example of this — a handmade business focused on beautiful jewelry and gifts that tell a story.
When the owner of JanLy Designs reached out to her big sister🙋🏻♀️, she wanted a website that showcased her products while making it easy for customers to browse, connect, and shop. She didn’t want something too complex or cluttered — just a clean online home where her products could shine.
The Process
JanLy Designs already had her social media following and a strong brand identity. She just wanted a site that allowed visitors to see her products as soon as they visited. Because of this, we went for a minimal template and used the shop as the front page. This template allowed us to add the social media icons we “glittered” to fit the logo she provided.
