Welcome to Cyber-Box! By purchasing our services or using our website (cyberboxdev.com), you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity for both parties and help us work together smoothly.



1. Services We Offer

Cyber-Box provides the following services:

> Website setup with template customization and hosting
> One-on-one and group training sessions (in person and online)
> Shop management services
> Basic editing of social media icons and custom icon digitization



2. Turnaround Time

> Website setup: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
> Icon editing: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

If there’s a delay on your end (e.g. waiting on your response), your project will be paused, and we’ll move to the next client in line. Days will still count toward refund calculations (see below).



3. Revisions

> Website setup includes up to 5 revisions during the build process.
> Additional changes after the site is live may incur extra charges.



4. Payment & Refunds

> All payments must be made upfront.
> Hosting fees are $17 per month and can be prepaid for more than one month.
> Because work begins immediately, refunds for website setup are partial:
—– 25% becomes non-refundable per day after purchase.
—– The hosting fee is fully refundable if no services have started.



5. No Guarantees

> We guarantee to set up a functioning website with your selected template and provide updates (maintenance).
> We cannot guarantee website traffic, sales, or search engine rankings.



6. Communication

For fastest client support, contact us through WhatsApp.
Messages received outside business hours (Mon–Fri 11am-5pm AST ) will be answered during our next business day.



7. Workshops & Group Chats

> Group chats are for workshop communication and will remain active for 7 days after the event.
> Participants may message at any time due to varying time zones. We suggest muting the chat if needed.
> Do not message any other group members outside of this chat without their prior permission.
> Do not share group chat members information with others and do not use it for marketing, investigative, or other purposes.
> All workshop content is for personal use only and should not be shared.



8. Third-Party Tools & Services

We use third-party services (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, ATH Móvil, Google Analytics, plugins, themes).
Cyber-Box is not responsible for outages, failures, or changes in service from these providers. If issues arise due to discontinued tools, we will offer alternative solutions—some may involve extra costs.



9. Client Responsibilities

> Please respond to questions or requests within 48 hours during setup.
> If no reply is received, we will pause your project and continue with the next client.
> Delays on your part do not pause the refund countdown.



10. Agreement

By using our services, you confirm that:

> You understand and agree to these terms.
> You will respect group workshop rules and communication boundaries.
> You acknowledge that Cyber-Box retains the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website.
